illustrator and graphic designer for San Francisco publications =
since=20
1984, Lance Jackson has had the opportunity to be part of the=20
ever-transforming digital mash up in the San Francisco Bay Area. =
Both his=20
digital and traditional portraits have been published on a regular =
basis=20
on the section covers and on the Editorial and Opinion pages of =
the San=20
Francisco Chronicle. In addition, he has completed commissions for =
clients=20
such as Time Magazine, The Washington Post, The Los Angeles Times, =
Sports=20
Illustrated, MacWorld Expo and Dominican College.

Jackson participated in the “Hearts in San =
Francisco” exhibit in 2004.=20
In 2005 and 2006 his work was shown at the George Krevsky Gallery =
in San=20
Francisco. Jackson did a presentation of his portraiture for the =
Oakland=20
Museum, Oakland, CA in 2006. His work is included in the =
collections of=20
Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, Mills College and other private=20
collections.  His illustration work has been published in=20
Communications Arts, Graphics, and Popeye Magazine.

Jackson is an adjunct professor at the California College of =
Arts.
